Our Children’s Team strategy uses oral methodology in order to evangelize in diverse cultures and areas. Regardless of where you want to go and how long you are able to stay, our children’s ministry strategy allows your group to share the good news of Jesus Christ in a compelling, creative way that resonates with children and their families.

Lakunaik and Renuka Daravath always shared the conviction in their hearts that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is not just in word but also in deed. The "cup of cold water" to the thirsty is as important as sharing salvation through Jesus Christ. The two need not be mutually exclusive.

It is often said that ‘Home is the first school and parents are the first teachers.  Parents too are facing multiple challenges So, millions of children in India lack proper guidance at home. Especially those in poverty. Yet with the right support, they can become the hope of not just future, but also now!

According to the latest figures, between poverty, addiction, and a lack of education, most of parents are still illiterate in India can’t provide what their children need to succeed. In fact, they lean on their children for support: As per Census 2011, the total child population in India in the age group (5-14) years is 259.6 million. Of these, 10.1 million (3.9% of total child population) are working, either as 'main worker' or as 'marginal worker'. In addition, more than 42.7 million children in India are out of school. Without adult supervision, India’s children are susceptible to developing habits like stealing and drinking alcohol at a young age. Meanwhile, these desperate children are turning to idols for help, just as they’ve been taught. They haven’t sought Jesus’ help because they simply don’t know who He is.

Every year in summer, we partner with Local Christians leaders in India to host 15 Day Vacation Bible Schools-to the extreme! Children learn about Jesus Christ through sports activities, fun activities,and their parents are invited to see what they've learned. This opens the door to reach entire communities

Through your support, we equip India's Christians Leaders to disciple children in their A neighbourhood after school each day for an entire year! These caring leaders provide tutoring, share Bible stories, teach good hygiene habits, pray over children’s needs, and so much more.

Jesus Christ-centered songs, paired with fun dances, teach children about Jesus in an engaging way. When they sing the songs at home, their parents learn about Him, too!

Children share their prayer requests with Vacation Bible Schools leaders, who not only pray over the needs, but encourage the children to do the same. And God answers!

The compassion of a Christian leader goes a long way. Children look up to their Vacation Bible Schools leaders and are naturally discipled through each day’s activities.

As children learn about Jesus Christ, their behaviour improves and their lives begin to change. Parents notice and want to know more, leading entire families to Jesus Christ!

Girls and boys take comfort in God’s Word and memorize passages of Scripture. The truth of the Gospel stays hidden in their hearts for years to come. 

 In Year-Long, Vacation Bible Schools leaders teach children the importance of Health and hygiene, bathing, wearing clean clothes, and brushing their hair. This is all new to many of them 

India’s children have the potential to change their families and communities for Jesus Christ! They just need a compassionate leader to show them how.

Just like parents in the U.S., parents in India want their children to learn, grow, and succeed. However, due to barriers like poverty, caste discrimination, alcoholism, and even domestic abuse, many children don’t have the support they need to thrive.
